Program Refund Policy (last reviewed and approved, January 8, 2003)All refund requests must be made to Yarmouth Leisure Services at the Court House, 403 Main St., Yarmouth. Refunds may be requested as a cheque or as a credit toward another program.
A refund equal to the proportion of the program not yet delivered is given if your program is canceled by us. If your refund request is made 7 days before the start of the program, you will be given a full refund unless otherwise stated. If your refund is requested less than 7 days before the start of the program, you will be given a partial refund (equal to the proportion of the program not yet delivered minus a $10.00 administration fee) unless otherwise stated on your receipt.
